Over the past 2 weeks the boys have been busy learning how to rename in Maths. Using tens and units we have been renaming numbers that need to be subtracted.

15 = 1 ten + 5 units = 15 units
27 = 2 tens + 7 units = 1 ten + 17 units
38 = 3 tens + 8 units = 2 tens + 18 units
